Large pink circle scratches off with finger nail but when bought from salon, it doesn’t scratch off. Eventually after use, all labels will come off. I believe the product is a fake.

Ordered product and about 2 weeks after I received shipment confirmation I did not receive. Went to track package but it was obvious that the tracking number was made up (tracking number said 123). Contacted seller and they said that it was a mistake but they would ship right away. Still did not receive. They did refund my money.

I heard about this conditioner from my daughter who has a mass of curly hair. I am older, but love it just the same. I don’t think I have ever had such a good conditioner. I live in Montana where it is very cold and very dry. It works!

I’ve used this product for about 2 years. (I used biolage hair mask until they discontinued it.) I thought that was the best but this is by far the best hair restorer on the market that I’ve found, and this price fantastic. The product was shipped within a week and half.
Don’t stop carrying it please.

I have my hair highlighted quite regularly. My hair became incredibly dry after three weeks of taking medication this winter so my stylist used this product on my hair. WOW! It is really fantastic. My hair felt very moisturized but not weighted down or “too soft” and unmanageable. It is a really great product. I use the S Factor Daily Dose shampoo and conditioner and recommend them as well.
